Our mission
Yoga 4 youth aims to make yoga accessible to all teenagers. We provide a wide variety of courses and workshops that can be tailored to suit your specific needs. Courses range from one-day workshops to long-running programmes working with small groups of students. We aim to give schools a programme that fits into the busy school schedule. Ideally, a course should run for a minimum of six weeks in order for the full benefits to be felt.
To aid integration of the techniques, written materials are given to the students explaining the yoga exercises, breathing patterns and meditations.
We want pupils to learn and use the skills we teach so that they can draw on them for the rest of their lives.
